Casual loading applies to all hourly rates, with varying pay rates for different days of the week and public holidays.
* Deliver personalized service to every guest, ensuring they feel like a VIP from check-in to check-out.
* Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues to ensure seamless collaboration.

* Promote hotel amenities and services by having a deep understanding of products and offerings.
