About You We’re looking for a hands-on HR leader who is both strategic and operational, with a strong passion for people success. You will bring: Proven HR generalist/manager experience, ideally within multinational or matrix environments. Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and HR best practices. Experience across the full HR lifecycle- from recruitment to performance management. Familiarity with HR systems (Workday experience highly desirable). Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills. A proactive mindset with the ability to balance strategic priorities and day-to-day operations.
