The Role
As a Senior Interior Designer, you'll take a lead role within our Design team, owning workplace projects from early concept through to completion. You'll be trusted to guide design direction, lead presentations and pitches, collaborate closely with clients and internal teams, and ensure every project balances creativity, functionality, and buildability.
You'll be a confident design leader someone clients trust, teams respect, and colleagues turn to for clarity, ideas, and direction.
What You'll Be Doing
* Leading workplace design projects from concept design through to documentation and delivery
* Pitching ideas and presenting design visions with confidence, clarity, and impact
* Leading client workshops, design reviews, and stakeholder presentations
* Collaborating closely with project teams to deliver high-quality, compliant outcomes
* Balancing creativity with commercial realities, budgets, and program constraints
* Mentoring and supporting designers within the team (where required)
* Staying across modern workplace trends, design thinking, and regulatory requirements
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience as a Senior Interior Designer, ideally within commercial workplace fit-out (healthcare experience advantageous)
* Strong design leadership skills with the ability to guide projects and influence outcomes
* Exceptional presentation and communication skills; visual, verbal, and written
* Confidence leading client-facing discussions, pitches, and design narratives
* Advanced proficiency in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite
* Strong construction detailing knowledge and understanding of relevant codes and compliance
* A collaborative mindset with the confidence to lead when required
Experience mentoring or managing designers will be highly regarded.
