About You & The Role
As a Support Worker, you’ll provide in-home support that helps clients maintain independence and quality of life. Your daily tasks will include:
- Personal care
- Domestic assistance
- Transport to appointments or activities
- Social and community support
You may support clients with complex needs, and we’ll provide all the training you need to feel confident and capable.
What You’ll Need
- A caring, reliable, and compassionate attitude
- A personal smartphone (for shift-related tasks)
- A safe, reliable vehicle
We’re Looking for Support Workers Who
- Hold minimum Cert III in Individual Support (Disability or Aged Care)
- Have a genuine passion for supporting people living with a disability
- Bring previous experience in disability or aged care (preferred)
- Own a smartphone compatible with company systems and apps
- Hold a current NDIS Worker Screening Check and/or Working with Children Check (or be willing to apply)
- Have a Police Check issued within the last 6 months
- Hold a current First Aid Certificate
- Have a valid driver’s licence and a roadworthy, insured vehicle
