It's a predominantly WFH role where you come in when it matters—team connection, collaboration, and key moments—while keeping the day-to-day streamlined. Why you'll love it here / Salary Range & Features of the position Predominantly WFH with office attendance approx. 1-2 days per week Hybrid structure suited to Melbourne-based or Peninsula-based lawyers $100,000 - $130,000 super (commensurate with experience); exceptional candidates may be considered outside this range Flexibility focus: may suit lawyers returning from parental leave; part-time discussion may be available for the right applicant Boutique culture: collaborative, professional, discreet, and high-performing About the role / What you'll be doing You'll manage your own Family Law caseload end-to-end, including: Parenting matters and negotiations Property settlements and related documentation Spousal maintenance matters Divorce applications and pathways to resolution Consent Orders preparation and filing Binding Financial Agreements (as required) Litigation in the Federal Circuit and Family Court Attending court when required and collaborating with the team as needed Your background / What you'll bring / Key requirements 3 years PAE primarily in Family Law Current Australian Practising Certificate Strong drafting and file management skills Confidence appearing in court and progressing matters Ability to run files independently with a calm, client-focused approach LEAP experience is highly regarded Interested in this position?
