As the Office Administrator / Customer Service Representative, you'll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly while delivering exceptional service to our valued clients.If you enjoy problem-solving, love being the "go-to" person, and take pride in ensuring every customer has a positive experience, then this is the role for you!
Be the friendly first point of contact for clients and visitors, handling enquiries with professionalism and care.Answer, direct, and manage phone calls while taking clear and accurate messages.Process email and website orders promptly and accurately.Keep customers updated on product and order status, ensuring communication is always timely and clear.Resolve issues with a positive, solutions-focused approach.Support the team with administrative tasks and assist on projects as needed.Work collaboratively across departments to keep everything running seamlessly.Experience in administration or customer service (aerospace or defence industry experience is a bonus, not a must!).
SAP Business One knowledge (desirable, but not essential).
