About The Role
Your passion for baking is the main ingredient to providing superior products to our customers every day. Our bakeries operate in a fast‐paced environment with energetic teams that share their knowledge and skills to help unlock future talent and grow baking industry expertise.
What You Need
* Australian (AQF issued) Trade/Proficiency Certificate III in Retail Baking (Breadmaking) or equivalent.
What You'll Bring
* Role models and engaged in ways to delight customers through Everyday ACTs – Acknowledge, Care & Thank.
* Understanding of maintaining a clean and safe workspace and following best practices for food handling.
* A curious mindset for professional and self‐development.
* Care and genuine interest in supporting the Bakery team.

* Passion for craft with a drive to create delicious, high‐quality baked goods.
* Formal qualifications (Trade Certificate) to back up skills and dedication.
* Comfortable in a fast‐paced environment and able to handle busy bakery demands.
