In the role of Agribusiness Manager, Atherton in the Tablelands region you will join a passionate team that's putting the customers at the centre of everything you do.

Each day, you'll go above and beyond to:

* Identify, Agri and Business referral opportunities and establish, develop, and utilise networks of internal and external contacts
* Maintain and enhance the credit risk profile and profitability of the portfolio
* Coach and support the team to ensure efficient high quality customer service
* Develop and manage a portfolio of key customers and Referral partners
* Assess economic value and risk potential of new business
* Implement initiatives to develop customer growth in the local market
* Implement complex strategies, analysing annual Cash flows and financial statements for relationship growth.
* Personally, sanction lending within own Delegated Lending authorities

We're looking for the brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You'll need:

* Experience and knowledge of Agribusiness/Business banking and/or credit assessment.
* Experience in all aspects for financial analysis
* Drive and tenacity with a passion for relationship management
* Strong customer and relationship management
* Problem solving, critical thinking and negotiation skills
* Exceptional communication skills coupled with superior stakeholder management experience
* Ability to directly manage a portfolio of key clients
* Maintain and enhance the credit risk profile and profitability of the portfolio
