WE MOVE THE BUSINESSES THAT MOVE THE WORLD" The Role Toll Retail & Consumer has a great opportunity for an Import & Export Co-ordinator to join their Erskine Park site to over a 9-12 Maternity Leave. You will be responsible for 150 Import containers 15 export containers per week to/from the Erskine Park site. This is Mon-Fri 6am-3pm role. Training will be provided prior to the incumbent going on leave. Due to the nature of the role it is 5 days working on site. You will collaborate with the client and freight forwarders on a daily basis. Key Responsibilities Working with client, suppliers and freight forwarding companies to coordinate the logistics associated with all import and export shipments Oversee all national container movements across all DCs as per the agreed schedules Work closely with the clients demand planners to ensure RCA planning schedules are executed Booking transport, generating documents, obtaining timely clearances through the demand planners, updating system information and communicating with internal and external parties as required to expedite the process Track container movement schedule daily and work with operations to call out any delays or issues Make sure all paperwork: including invoices, manifests, relevant documentation are finalised and submitted for processing on time Processing of all orders on time and accurately Book international freight requirements for export shipments in line with demand planning requirements Be aware of and ensure compliance with all legislation governing industrial matters: O H & S, dangerous goods, Trade Practices and envii'oninenfa1 protection, GMP & JS09001 Monitor daily workflow in WMS and TMS Follow up on customer inquiries without delay and report to the Manager when necessary Perpetuate a positive, proactive, team based culture within the operations team through regular and effective communication Skills & Experience Demonstrated experience in similar role Strong software experience is a must, WMS/TMS High level of business communication skills is essential Being collaborative and team focused Demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail Reliability and punctuality are a must Benefits Join the Toll Group, one of Australis leading employers Work as part of a close knit team in a great culture Parking onsite Full Time Mon-Fri 6AM-3PM Work Life Balance Flexibility 9-12 Month role About Toll People Toll People are Australia's most recognised provider of Transport, Logistics, Supply Chain and Warehouse staff.
