Office Manager Job Description

This office manager position is ideal for a highly organized and efficient individual who can effectively manage daily office administration duties.

The successful candidate will be responsible for answering phones, managing inventory levels, coordinating stock arrivals, and ensuring accurate data entry into company systems.

The role also involves performing debtor follow-ups, contacting clients regarding outstanding invoices in a professional manner, and assisting with payroll processing. Additionally, the office manager will coordinate training schedules for employees, assist in writing and updating training documentation, and support the onboarding process for new starters.

A strong ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing is essential, as is advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new software quickly. The ideal candidate will be able to prioritize tasks, handle multiple deadlines, and maintain accuracy under pressure.

* Key Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day office operations, including reception and switchboard duties
