What You'll Be Doing
The Business Development Manager drives profitable growth for Dulux Coatings by building strong relationships with commercial property managers, strata, facility managers, and corporate clients. The role focuses on developing strategic account plans, delivering tailored technical solutions, and collaborating with the Dulux Trade Sales team to move projects efficiently from specification to completion.
A successful candidate will make a significant impact by securing strategic alliances, generating valuable leads, and fostering collaboration with contractors and industry bodies. Their proactive approach and commercial acumen will help expand market share, deliver high-value projects, and ensure compliance with safety and sustainability standards.

What We're Looking For
Demonstrated business development and account management skills
Research skills including ability to understand market that will secure business opportunities
Good stakeholder management skills and ability to influence others
Experience using CRM systems and customer database to plan and execute business development sales meetings and site visits
