**Job Title:** Senior Sales Director
A newly created role, this key position will see you take the helm of sales strategy and lead a high-performance sales team.
Responsibilities:
* Guide the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies in collaboration with the Marketing team.
* Provide leadership and engage a high-performance sales team.
* Collaborate across teams to deliver a consistent and high-quality experience for customers.
* Manage budgets and maximise sales profitability.
* Understand the competitor landscape, industry trends and provide input to navigate a changing market.
* Establish relationships and develop strong business ties within the local areas & community.
* Overarching oversight of contract management, sales deliverables and reporting.
Requirements:
* Demonstrated success in leading teams selling off-the-plan apartments in Sydney (ideally across multiple sites concurrently).
* Proven capability in devising and executing on sound sales strategy.
* Real Estate License.
* Extremely well presented and a strong communicator.
