The Role As a therapist at Connect2Care, you will join a multidisciplinary team providing evidence-based services through various delivery models, including telehealth, community visits, and centre-based services. Referrals may come through NDIS, Medicare, or private clients. The role is mobile, with options to work from home or our hubs when not seeing clients. Responsibilities include:Assessing and providing interventions for children and adults with disabilitiesWorking within NDIS to maximize clients' functioning, capacity, and social engagementAssisting with assistive technology assessments, recommendations, and applicationsTimely documentation and report writingManaging a varied caseloadMeeting professional expectations, including billables and client managementBuilding relationships with key stakeholders, including therapists, clients, and referral sourcesWorking with leading software platforms and online tools The NewGrad Program Connect2Care offers a tailored New Graduate Program to support recent graduates transitioning into the workplace, spanning over 12 months from your first day.
