Role Overview
We are looking for a
Senior SAP SuccessFactors HCM Test Analyst / Test Lead
to drive and deliver testing across SAP SuccessFactors Human Capital Management (HCM) implementations. The role will be responsible for defining test strategies, leading execution, and ensuring quality delivery across modules such as Employee Central, Payroll, Recruitment, Learning, Performance & Goals, and Compensation. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring deep expertise in SuccessFactors HCM and strong test leadership experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Define and execute end-to-end testing strategy for SAP SuccessFactors HCM implementations, enhancements, and integrations.
* Lead the creation of
test plans, test cases, and test scripts
aligned with functional and business requirements.
* Oversee execution of
System Integration Testing (SIT), Regression Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
.
* Ensure
data validation
across SuccessFactors HCM and integrated systems (e.g., SAP Payroll, third-party HR applications).
* Manage
test teams
(onsite/offshore), providing leadership, guidance, and mentoring.
* Drive
defect management
, triage, and resolution in collaboration with functional and technical teams.
* Liaise with
HR business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams
to ensure testing aligns with project goals.
* Prepare
test progress reports, quality metrics, and risk assessments
for project leadership.
* Champion best practices in
HCM testing methodology, tools, and automation
.
Required Skills & Experience
* 7+ years of IT testing experience, with at least 4+ years in
SAP SuccessFactors HCM testing
.
* Hands-on experience in multiple SuccessFactors HCM modules (
Employee Central is mandatory; Payroll, Recruitment, and Learning highly desirable
).
* Proven experience leading and managing
HCM testing teams and cycles
.
* Strong understanding of
HR processes and HCM business functions
.
* Experience with
test management tools
(HP ALM, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar).
* Experience working in
Agile/Hybrid methodologies
.
* Strong communication, stakeholder management, and reporting skills.
