* Permanent, Full-Time hours (Monday - Friday)
* $70k - $80k + Super
Western Work Force is an Australian owned recruitment company and a market leader in providing staffing solutions across various industry sectors.
Our client is a progressive materials handling company and a market leader in their field. They are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join their expanding team on a temporary to permanent basis.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
* Consult with managers to discover staff requirements and specific job objectives
* Write and post job descriptions on relevant websites
* Source candidates using the company database
* Evaluate and screen resumes
* Conduct phone, Skype and/or in-person interviews
* Provide a shortlist of qualified candidates to hiring managers
* Prepare new hire paperwork ensuring legislation requirements are met
* Liaise with stakeholders
* Attend job fairs and career events if requested
Qualifications:
* Proven work experience as a Recruiting coordinator or recruiter
* Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadlines
* Ability to problem solve and multitask
* Experience working in a materials company is an advantage but not essential
