About the Opportunity
FCM Corporate Travel Consultant - Accommodation. In this role you will manage emergency accommodation bookings for a national insurance company. You'll be someone who loves to connect with customers and can show compassion and empathy in times of need.
Responsibilities
As a Corporate Travel Consultant, you will:
- Manage emergency accommodation bookings for clients nationwide.
- Provide clear options and compassionate support to customers in distress.
- Maintain accurate booking records and communicate effectively with service providers.
- Adhere to company policies and industry best practices in client service.

- Robust verbal and written communication with an ability to listen carefully, demonstrate empathy, and deliver clear options.
- Experience in a customer service role.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems.
- Strong time management skills and professionalism.
- Multitasking and prioritisation skills to meet deadlines and customer expectations in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail.
- Can do attitude.
Experience and Skills
- Minimum of 1-year travel consulting experience.
- Desirable: Experience in Leisure or Corporate Travel Management.
- Desirable: Experience with Global Distribution System (GDS) - Sabre.
Compensation & Training
- 1st Year OTE $80,000 (comprising $55,000 base + uncapped monthly incentive) + super.
- Training wage guarantee of $75,000 pa + super for your first 6 months.
