The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving commercial growth and developing strategic business plans to engage with agency teams.
* Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets while working closely with agencies to leverage our data offering and retail out of home network.
Key Responsibilities:
* Commercial Performance - Meet and exceed revenue goals by consistently delivering strong sales performance.
* Reporting - Develop robust quarterly/annual business and action plans to drive commercial growth.
* Market Engagement and Sales Acumen - Engage agency teams on strategic issues to unlock opportunities that support their overall marketing objectives.
* Internal Collaboration and Service - Partner with internal teams to develop the offering and better serve agency partnerships.
* Team Leadership and Campaign Management - Manage direct reports (5+) and build a high-performance culture of collaboration and accountability.
Requirements
* Several years experience in media or digital advertising sales and relevant business development leadership function.
* Knowledge of and existing relationships at senior level across media agencies.
* Ability to develop strategic business plans to grow agency engagement and deliver strong revenue growth.
* Excellent presentation and negotiation skills with a focus on customer service.
* Experience working in both entrepreneurial and established corporate cultures.
* Collaborative self-starter approach.
