Event Coordinator Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Event Coordinator to oversee all aspects of events, including planning, execution, and management.
About Us: We are a fifth-generation family-owned business with a Cellar Door located in the picturesque Yallingup Hills. Our venue offers breathtaking views of Wildwood Valley, making it an ideal location for weddings and events.
* Manage and oversee event operations, ensuring seamless execution and exceeding client expectations.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
* Drive sales opportunities for events and develop strategic partnerships.
Requirements:
* Minimum 12 months' experience in events or hospitality management.
* Proven leadership skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Valid RSA & Approved Manager Certificate.
Working Conditions: This is a full-time role, working Tuesday to Saturday, based on-site at our Yallingup Cellar Door.
