An opportunity has arisen for a paralegal to join their winning COMMERCIAL LAW team (practising in: 1) commercial/business law; 2) commercial/construction litigation; and 3) property/conveyancing).
Your New Role
As the valued RIGHT-HAND to 2 top commercial lawyers, you will love the variety + challenge + satisfaction of assisting them with:
* Commercial transactions – e.g., buying/selling businesses, business structures, advising on directors/shareholders issues, corporate restructures, joint ventures, licensing/distribution, intellectual property, franchising, employment law, consumer/trade practices law and wills/estates; and
* Property law – conveyancing and leases;
* Commercial litigation – e.g., debt recovery, insolvency/bankruptcy, general commercial contractual disputes & construction disputes.
Specifically, you will interact with clients, solicitors/barristers/other external stakeholders, undertake legal research, prepare letters/court documents, prepare briefs to barristers, diary management/making appointments, filing/administration.

Who You Are
We are interested in hearing from you if you:
* Are EITHER: 1) a law student NOT due to be admitted as a lawyer for at least 1–1.5 years or 2) a 'career' paralegal;
* have a minimum 2 years of experience in 2 or more of: 1) commercial law; 2) commercial litigation; 3) property law; 4) wills/estates law;
* are able to work full-time or a minimum of 4 days/week (essential);
* have proven ability to work in a busy fast-paced environment;
* have a high work ethic, are deadline oriented and proactive;
* have outstanding communication, time prioritisation and customer service skills;
* are hungry to kick-start your career long-term with a vibrant fast-growing successful law firm.
