About The Role
Community Mental Health Services provide a range of services designed to help support the recovery and help consumer stay well in the community. The team provide specialist services for young people, children and families, adults, and older people. Community mental health services include a specialist Aboriginal Mental Health Team, bilingual mental health workers and Peer Support Workers. Our main sites are at Canterbury, Croydon, Camperdown, Marrickville, and Redfern Community Health Services. The role will be based at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital.
Lead and manage the clinical services team to provide excellent patient/client care within the service/unit/facility in order to maximise the health outcomes for the community.

Ideal Candidate
* Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
* Recent management experience with experience in leading staff and managing services in the relevant setting, supported by a relevant tertiary management qualification and/or work experience
* Demonstrated experience in managing key priorities and delivering successful strategies to deliver service outcomes and KPI's within tightly defined resources
