Key Responsibilities:
* Tackle day-to-day maintenance tasks across rooms, amenities, and facilities.
* Deliver exceptional customer service by providing prompt assistance with in-room fixes.
* Participate in building projects, major repairs, renovations, and mechanical tasks - from painting and basic plumbing to hardware replacements.
* Ensure the upkeep of our grounds and gardens.
Requirements:
* A strong reputation for delivering top-notch customer service and excellent communication skills.
* Excellent time-management skills and attention to detail.
* Medium rigid truck licence and forklift licence (highly desirable).
* The ability to follow direction related to daily tasks and expectations.
* Proven experience in property maintenance and confidence with power tools.
* The ability to work calmly under pressure and independently.
* Solid knowledge of safe working procedures.
* A proactive attitude, energy, enthusiasm, and a reasonable level of fitness.
