This role comes about due to significant growth in our business. The current Property Manager remains in the team, in a new role, and will be available to assist you during your onboarding.
The Role
This is an end?to?end Property Management role responsible for a portfolio residential properties located across Redbank Plains and surrounding areas and working Monday to Friday only. You will build strong relationships with our investors and tenants and work as part of our dynamic and supportive team to provide industry-leading property management services. Your role is to carry out end to end property management activities including advertising, routine inspections, prepare entry and exit reports, maintenance, reletting, manage arrears, follow up on lease renewals for rental properties and if required dispute resolutions and QCAT.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring the following qualities and experience:
* Current QLD Certification of Registration or Real Estate License.
* Minimum of 12+ months residential property management experience
* Knowledge of the Residential Tenancies and Rooming Accommodation Act
* Experience managing Residential Tenancy Authority (RTA) Bond processes and loans
* Relevant skills and experience in liaising with various stakeholders and working effectively and sensitively with a diverse customer group with complex needs.
* Previous experience working within a large, diverse, and busy team a bonus
* Strong work ethic, resilience and willingness to learn.
* Previous experience working on Property Management Programs and Microsoft Office efficiency.
* Ability to compose professional correspondence via email to internal and external stakeholders.
* Satisfactory police check and Working with Children check.
