About the role
* Lead and manage the delivery of facility and asset management services, including staff, contractors, budgets, and maintenance programs across the site.
* Drive compliance, safety, and sustainability initiatives, including audits, fire safety, WHS, and energy/water conservation programs.
* Oversee strategic planning, including Asset Management Plans, infrastructure upgrades, and business continuity/disaster management.
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to co-design, consult, and deliver efficient, fit-for-purpose facilities and projects.
* Provide high-level reporting, project oversight, and cost-effective management of contracts, maintenance, and preventative programs.
About you
* Qualified in engineering, facilities, asset management, or construction, with hands-on experience.
* A strong leader and problem-solver who can manage multiple projects and drive change.
* Excellent communicator, able to prioritise under pressure and meet deadlines with confidence.
* Experienced in running preventative and reactive maintenance programs to achieve top performance.
* Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office and AFM systems, and solid knowledge of contracts, compliance, and Australian standards.
