Overview
Senior Performance ManagerOur client, an Australian retailer is seeking a commercially minded Senior Performance Manager to lead digital and performance marketing across key customer and growth channels. This role sits at the centre of how the business drives customer growth across both online and in store environments. Reporting into the marketing leadership team, the Senior Performance Manager will be responsible for shaping performance strategy, driving customer acquisition and engagement, and ensuring marketing activity delivers strong commercial outcomes.
The OpportunityThis role oversees performance across paid and owned channels, working closely with other business functions. You will lead a team and play an important role in ensuring performance is measured, optimised and clearly communicated across the business.
Responsibilities
* Lead performance marketing strategy across digital channels (social and search)
* Drive customer acquisition, engagement and retention.
* Use data and insights to optimise campaigns and improve marketing performance.
* Partner with cross functional teams to support campaigns and trading activity.
* Develop clear reporting and performance frameworks.
* Lead and develop a high performing team while working closely with agency partners.
Qualifications
* Strong experience in performance or digital marketing within retail or consumer focused businesses.
* Commercially minded with a strong understanding of marketing performance and growth.
* Data driven with the ability to translate insights into action.
* Strong leadership and stakeholder management capability.
* Comfortable working in fast paced, high volume environments.
