Project Lead - Infrastructure Development
As a seasoned project lead, you will oversee the planning, design, and execution of major civil works projects across various infrastructure sectors. This includes roads, bridges, stormwater systems, culverts, and water treatment facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead infrastructure development projects from inception to completion, focusing on roads, stormwater management, culverts, bridges, and water treatment infrastructure.
2. Produce and review technical specifications, drawings, and project reports for approval and delivery.
3. Monitor project budgets, schedules, and risks while ensuring compliance with Australian standards and regulations.
4. Provide clear direction to contractors and support junior engineers through mentoring and guidance.
5. Build trusted relationships with stakeholders through open communication and professional service.
Requirements:
* Civil Engineering degree is required.
* RPEQ registration is advantageous but willingness to obtain it is suitable.
* Strong track record of delivering infrastructure projects in consultancy, private or government environments.
* Technical expertise in civil design, construction, and regulatory frameworks.
* Ability to manage competing priorities while keeping projects on track.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a client-focused approach.
* Current driver's licence and willingness to attend sites as required.
