Job Summary:
We are seeking a Financial Expert to join our team. As a key member of the Finance department, you will be responsible for delivering expert financial advice and developing/maintaining financial models.
Main Responsibilities:
* Deliver expert financial advice and develop/maintain financial models to ensure the integrity of the organisation's financial systems.
* Create and deliver training guides and courses, supporting employees in using financial and procurement systems, and play a key role in continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation.
* Mentor the Finance team, drive a culture of excellence, and ensure compliance with policies and safety requirements.
* Consult with employees to identify business needs, lead business process reviews, and provide operational training and support for implemented systems.
Key Requirements:
* Hold an Undergraduate qualification in Accounting or Commerce.
* Be a member of CPA or CA ANZ or equivalent.
* Have at least 3 years leadership and accounting experience in a medium/large organisation.
* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is desirable.
