About the Role
* Drive membership growth and retention by engaging with stakeholders, employers, and members across North Queensland.
* Deliver compelling financial advice services, including group presentations, workshops, and one-on-one consultations.
* Conduct super health checks, seminars, and personalized financial guidance through face-to-face and virtual meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Foster key relationships within the community to drive membership growth and retention.
2. Develop and implement growth and retention strategies in collaboration with the member engagement team.
3. Represent the organization at key events, employer sites, and stakeholder meetings, presenting relevant financial content.
4. Identify and refer members with specific financial advice needs to internal advisory services.
5. Cultivate strong customer service skills to help members plan for their future.
Requirements
* RG146 Superannuation Certification
* Diploma of Financial Services
* 1–3+ years of experience in business development, customer service, and financial services, with a focus on superannuation, relationship management, and financial advice.
* Ability to travel regularly and work flexible hours as required.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
* Solid understanding of the superannuation industry at a legislative, product, and provider level.
* Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
* A full and current driver's license.
