TheHamilton Island Marinais located in the heart of the Great Barrier Reef, where a boating paradise awaits. With a jet airport serviced by Virgin Australia, Qantas and Jetstar, and with direct flights from Sydney, Melbourne, Cairns and Brisbane, upon arrival our guestsare just minutes away frombeing on theirvessel. This makes it the perfect location to keep theirvessel to cruise and explore hidden bays, iconic beaches and discover theirown piece of the Great Barrier Reef.

Your Role
Your day will see you doing everything that is needed to ensure the Marina guests stay runs smoothly and they enjoy their time with us.
Where you'll make an impact
- Full time permanent position
- Coordinate arrivals, departures, airport and resort transfers for the Marina guests
- Meet and greet all vessel owners and crew into the Marina and Dent Island moorings
- Ensure a high level of customer service and guest satisfaction
- Fulfil day-to-day request from skippers including cleaning and detailing of vessels; delivery and pickup of laundry and linen and administration duties
- Take payments
- Dealing with all general enquiries and complaints in a pleasant and efficient manner
- Assist with Marina Office and boatyard duties as required
What we're looking for
You will love boats, boaties and everything to do with the water. You're sharp and super organised. You are an excellentcommunicator, both written and verbal and have an unwavering commitment to providing friendly, efficient service.
To be successful, you will need
- A current QLD drivers licence
- Ability to obtain an RDA
- Coxswain 3 qualification
- Current First Aid
- Advanced Resuscitation
- Strong Administration skills
- High standard of personal presentation
- Ability to communicate with a range of guests and key stakeholders
