About the Prospect
We’re seeking an experienced Microsoft Power Platform Developer to join a major Federal Government digital transformation program. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact projects that improve business systems and drive collaboration across the public sector.
You’ll join a modern Agile delivery environment that embraces the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and DevOps principles to build and support advanced Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with development teams and product owners to create innovative solutions aligned with architectural and design standards.
- Design, develop, and enhance applications on the Microsoft Power Platform and D365.
- Contribute to the design, implementation, and support of business‑critical systems.
- Review requirements, perform solution design and analysis, and provide feedback on user stories.
- Participate in code reviews, documentation, and release/deployment processes.
- Operate within a DevOps framework to ensure stability, scalability, and maintainability of deployed solutions.
- Work as part of a cohesive team using Agile delivery methods to produce quality outcomes.
Technical Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5 years’ experience across multiple IT disciplines, with at least 3 years as a Microsoft Power Platform Developer and D365 Online CRM specialist.
- Proven experience delivering in an Agile or SAFe environment.
- Experience using DevOps tools for continuous integration and delivery.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to document and explain detailed technical designs.
- Experience developing and implementing CRM Portal or ADX Portal solutions.
Desirable
- Experience working within the Federal Government environment.
- Relevant IT certifications or formal qualifications.
- High competency in CRM form programming (JavaScript).
- Experience in custom page integration and advanced Power Platform customisation.
