This role delivers local market execution while maintaining global strategic alignment, capturing high value pipeline opportunities through compelling campaigns, account-based marketing programs, and events. Converting awareness into qualified opportunities that accelerate enterprise sales velocity. Deploy targeted ABM strategies to penetrate key vertical accounts, creating personalised engagement paths. This role has clear accountability to pipeline and ARR growth ensuring local execution aligns with and amplifies worldwide go-to-market strategies in partnership with Enterprise Account Executives. Key Responsibilities Campaign Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration Lead integrated, data-driven campaigns to scale awareness, engagement, and conversion across all channels Partner with global digital, MAT, content and brand from brief through to execution Partner with Sales teams and CS to ensure campaigns are differentiated, targeted, and sales-ready Budget management Marketing Operations & Performance Optimization Collaborate with Marketing Operations and Digital Marketing to optimise and ensure performance as well as data accuracy and operational rigor Operate with a deep analytical mindset, applying insight and continuous optimisation to improve ROI, funnel visibility, and campaign efficiency Drive Sales Accepted Lead Generation Focus on quality, conversion, and sales partnership including creation of outbound cadences to deliver end to end impact Translate overall business strategy into actionable marketing frameworks that deliver qualified leads to Commercial/SMB teams as well as Enterprise Leadership & Alignment Lead the plan creation and execution, establish operational alignment and excellence across Marketing and adjacent GTM functions
