Redspot Car Rentals is seeking a highly motivated Branch Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Rockhampton Airport branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets. The Branch Manager will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and efficient work environment, as well as ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Responsibilities: Manage and supervise branch staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve branch sales targets Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service and resolving customer complaints Maintain a safe and efficient work environment by enforcing safety policies and procedures Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations Manage branch fleet and ensure proper maintenance of equipment and facilities Review and action reports on branch performance, including profit, controllable costs and customer feedback (SQI, Hot Alerts) Collaborate with other departments and branches to achieve company goals and objectives About You Our ideal candidate will be flexible, able to work outside of core business hours if required. You may also be required to travel outside of your branch to support the business.
