About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to drive growth through service agreements across the commercial HVAC sector. As a key member of our team, you will focus on building strong relationships with facility managers, property owners, and building operators.

Your responsibilities will include actively identifying, pursuing, and winning new service agreement contracts, positioning comprehensive building solutions, and collaborating with technical experts to deliver best-in-class outcomes.

You will represent our business as we lead the industry in innovation, quality, and major project delivery.


Key Requirements:

* Proven success in B2B sales or business development, preferably within building services, HVAC, facilities management, or related sectors
* Relevant HVAC knowledge with mechanical or electrical background
