The Company Our client is a well-established NFP organisation providing care and support services. They are seeking an experienced HR Specialist to support their P&C team during a busy period of growth and transition, playing a key role in managing contracts, compliance, and onboarding processes, where knowledge of employment law are critical. This role is a temporary position with the potential to go permanent. The Role You will be responsible for: Preparing and processing employment contracts and contract variations Managing employee changes (e.g. casual to permanent transitions) Supporting onboarding processes, ensuring all compliance requirements are met Maintaining and updating employee data within the HRIS Monitoring and tracking compliance requirements Reviewing and quality-checking all employment documentation prior to issue Coordinating and tracking onboarding progress through internal systems and spreadsheets Supporting the wider team with HR administration and recruitment processes Your Profile You will be a detail-oriented HR professional with a strong background in HR operations and compliance. You will be confident managing high volumes of work and working within structured processes. Key requirements: Proven experience managing employment contracts and variations Strong understanding of employment law, awards and classifications (SCHADS awards) Experience working in a high-volume HR administration or HR operations role Exposure to compliance-heavy environments (aged care, healthcare or NFP highly regarded) Experience using HRIS systems (Dayforce highly desirable) High level of attention to detail and accuracy Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to prioritise, multitask and meet deadlines Proactive and hands-on approach, with the ability to hit the ground running Apply Today Please send your resume by clicking on the apply button.
