We have an opportunity for a part time Assistant Property Manager to join our team working 30 hours per week in our Sunshine Coast office. You'll work collaboratively with our Property Management team, supporting the day-to-day management of a portfolio of properties. This role requires a high level of administration support, tenant liaison, operation support as well as general office administration duties.
Here's what you will focus on;
Establish positive relationships and provide prompt responses to tenant's requests Administration of all leases to ensure compliance by the owner and the tenants Monitor financial transactions relative to lease and contractual obligations Preparation/compilation of reports, documents, presentation material, minutes for meetings as required General Property, Office and Administrative duties including greeting clients, attending meetings, monthly reporting along with ad-hoc duties as required.

Previous property administration experience will be highly regarded Strong time management and organisational skills to be able to thrive in a busy environment Superior communication skills and the ability to interact with a broad range of stakeholders Attention to detail to ensure accurate data entry and reporting A positive attitude and flexible approach to work Real Estate Certificate or working towards it
