Project Officer Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team as a Project Officer based in South Australia. The successful candidate will provide essential administrative and operational support to our operational line of businesses, ensuring the smooth execution of transactional and contract management processes.
Key Tasks:
* Processing claims, invoices, and month-end deliverables;
* Supporting internal reporting and cost analysis;
* Providing general administrative support including travel coordination, document management, and meeting logistics;
* Ensuring compliance with internal processes and systems;
* Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders including suppliers and clients.
About You:
A minimum of 3 years' experience in an administration role is required. Prior experience within a large, complex organisation with a broad range of enterprise systems is desirable. Proficient in core administrative competencies including spreadsheeting and document writing/formatting (intermediate use of Microsoft Office applications) is necessary. A high level of accuracy in data entry and document preparation is also required.
