Warwick Christian College is seeking an experienced and passionate Kindy Director to lead our new child care centre. This role is ideal for an energetic educator who will relish the joys of working with children, while building positive relationships with staff and families. About the Role:
* Manage the day to day operations of the Centre in line with legislative requirements, company policies and procedures.
* Provide leadership and guidance to all staff.
* Ensure quality early learning programs are delivered by a passionate team of Educators.
* Manage staffing rosters efficiently.
* Effectively manage the financial requirements of the centre in line with budget guidelines.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with educators, families, children and the local business community.
Successful Applicants must have:
* Bachelor of Early Childhood
* Certified Supervisor Certificate
* Level 2 First Aid, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certification
* Working With Children Check
* Right to work in Australia
* At least 12 months experience as a Centre Director
