As a Cook at our childcare centre, you will be an integral part of creating healthy menus that promote growth and development in children. This is a permanent role with a national network of experienced cooks who share recipes, ideas and tips on meal planning and preparation.
You will play a key role in preparing and evaluating menu content, bulk meal preparation, online ordering and stock management. You must comply with food safety and hygiene regulations and cater for individual child requirements.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have experience in early childhood settings and hold relevant certificates such as Food Safety and Handlers (Health and Community) and First Aid.
