ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re excited to welcome passionate, customer-focused team members to join our LaCosmetique store at Canberra Centre. As a Retail Sales & Beauty Advisor, you’ll deliver exceptional service, share expert product knowledge, and help customers discover the best in K-Beauty, skincare, and cosmetics.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
* Create a warm and welcoming environment for every customer
* Engage with clients to understand their beauty needs and recommend suitable products
* Demonstrate product features and share skincare and makeup advice
* Maintain strong product knowledge and stay up to date with beauty trends
* Ensure the store is beautifully presented and fully stocked
* Assist with stock replenishment and store operations
* Support the Store Manager with daily retail and administrative tasks
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
* Previous retail or beauty sales experience (cosmetics, fashion, or skincare preferred)
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Ability to work towards sales targets and KPIs in a retail environment
* A passion for beauty and helping customers feel confident
* A keen eye for detail and flair for visual merchandising
* Reliable, positive, and enthusiastic attitude with great teamwork
* Flexible availability, including weekends
