A well-established and highly regarded organisation operating within the foodservice and commercial supply sector is seeking an experienced National Account Manager to lead and grow a portfolio of high-value, multi-site national customers, while also developing new national partnerships. This is a strategic, senior sales role suited to someone already operating at national level — managing customers with head office buying structures, multiple brands or banners, national pricing frameworks, and complex stakeholder groups across multiple states. Reporting to a senior commercial leader, you will take ownership of national relationships end-to-end, acting as the central point of contact between customer head offices, operational sites, and internal sales and supply teams. You’ll balance long-term account strategy with new national account acquisition, identifying opportunities to expand footprint, volume, and commercial scope. The role can be based in NSW or Victoria, with regular time spent interstate to support customers, stakeholders, and national initiatives. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow a portfolio of complex, multi-site national accounts Build trusted relationships with head office decision-makers and operational stakeholders Identify, negotiate, and secure new National Account agreements Lead commercial discussions including pricing, contracts, tenders, and renewals Conduct business reviews and identify opportunities for national expansion and optimisation Coordinate national agreements with state-based sales and operations teams Maintain accurate CRM, forecasting, and reporting Monitor market, category, and competitor activity to inform strategy About You Proven experience in a National Account Manager or senior B2B sales role Strong background managing multi-site, national or franchise-style customers Demonstrated success working with customers that have centralised buying or head office structures Track record of winning and growing national agreements Highly commercial, with strong negotiation and influencing capability Comfortable operating across hospitality, foodservice, FMCG, distribution, equipment or supply-chain-driven environments Strategic, organised, and confident working across multiple states Able to travel fairly regularly between NSW and Victoria in particular What’s on Offer National role with genuine strategic and commercial influence Flexibility to be based in NSW or Victoria Autonomous position with exposure to senior internal and customer stakeholders Long-term opportunity within a stable, well-regarded and growing organisation If you’re a commercially astute National Account Manager already managing large, multi-site customers and looking for your next role with scale, influence and variety, we’d love to hear from you.
