Due to continued growth, we are looking for a high performing office professional who thrives on organisation, problem solving and keeping operations running smoothly as operational priorities change throughout their day.
As our Office Coordinator you will play a key role in supporting daily operations and ensuring smooth communication between the office, technicians and customers.

About the Role
Key Responsibilities
* Provide support to our director by organizing meetings, scheduling, reminders, follow ups
* Answer inbound calls with confidence to support the team and direct to relevant team member with all the right information
* Fleet management including coordinating regular servicing, maintenance, and repairs of the vehicles
* Apprentice and RTO provider management including corresponding with training providers logging training dates in calendars
* Document control within our Shared Folders to ensure consistency, orderly and current revisions for templates, forms, checklists and onboarding etc.
* Maintain employee trade license records to ensure renewals are completed and copies supplied to the office
* Maintain subcontractors register and ensure copies of all current insurances, licences and SWMS are kept on file
* Organise the annual review of all company safety related documents and any safety equipment
* Arrange annual First Aid training for company employees
* Provide admin support for the onboarding of any new staff
* Maintain uniform, office and amenities stocks including PPE and safety packs
* Support the payroll function by building a rapport with techs and collecting data for payroll
* Support injury management ensuring the company is compliant with all forms and reporting
* Arrange office meetings, toolbox meetings organize agendas and notes
* Support the office team with ad-hoc administrative and accounts tasks as required
* Strive to assist streamlining the business
* Potential to be trained in quoting and creating invoices
