We are a Herb and Spice Manufacturer / Wholesaler based in Osborne Park, operating since 1975. A position has become available for a reliable, detail-oriented and friendly person to join our team in a varied part-time office role. Training provided.
This position suits someone seeking regular part-time work with a mix of financial admin and front of house duties - perfect if you enjoy variety without full-time commitment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Covering reception - welcoming visitors, answering calls, email enquiries, handling enquires and providing a warm first point of contact.
* Supporting with ad-hoc admin tasks ( filing, scanning, mail )
* General data entry of sales orders and sales invoices.
* Accounts receivable assistance, processing payments.
About You:
* Prior experience in accounts admin or similar financial support preferred but not essential.
* Comfortable with reception and phone duties.
* Experience using MYOB preferred.
* Great communication skills and ability to multitask in a small team setting
* PR preferred but not essential
This is an opportunity for the candidate to build skills across accounts and administration within a friendly, supportive small team environment.
This position is for 2 days a week, preferably of a Tues and Wed with a possible Thurs when needed. Hours are 8hrs days.
