Human Resources Generalist Opportunity
We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist to connect with our business, coordinate end-to-end HR programs and processes, and support the achievement of outstanding results.
This role will involve managing the recruitment and onboarding process, supporting hiring managers in effective recruitment and selection, and providing sound advice to leaders on company policies and standards.
The successful candidate will have a degree qualification in Human Resources or similar, experience with recruitment and selection, and a comprehensive understanding of industrial frameworks.

* Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process.
* Support hiring managers in effective recruitment and selection.
* Accurately interpret and provide sound advice to leaders on company policies, National Employment Standards, awards, and certified agreement conditions.
Requirements:
* Degree qualification in Human Resources or similar.
* Experience with recruitment and selection, particularly with a geographically dispersed blue-collar workforce.
* Comprehensive understanding of industrial frameworks, i.e., legislation, awards, agreements.
* Able to liaise and negotiate with a range of stakeholders.
