Job Summary
The physiotherapist is responsible for delivering a range of services to customers involved in restorative care and community programs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Evaluating customer needs and monitoring, reviewing, and verifying the quality and effectiveness of provided services on an ongoing basis.
* Providing exercise prescription, rehabilitation, hydrotherapy, strength, mobility, and balance programs as required.
* Maintaining accurate records with supporting documentation of care plans, progress notes, customer reviews, outcome measures, incidents, and consent.
This role offers flexibility and autonomy with administrative tasks that can be completed remotely.
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy and registration with AHPRA.
* Significant practical experience or extensive knowledge in providing physiotherapy services in a rehabilitation and/or aged care setting.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organisation and time management skills.
* Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of an inter-disciplinary team.
* A great attitude, willingness to learn new things, and most importantly an interest in listening and understanding what the customer wants.
* Current First Aid and CPR certificate.
* A valid Driver's Licence and willingness to use your own vehicle for work purposes, ensuring it is appropriately insured.
