Key Planner Role
The National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) seeks a skilled planner to undertake planning activities and tasks. As a planner, you will be responsible for gathering and verifying relevant information to facilitate access, plan development, and successful plan implementation.
Responsibilities
1. Collaborate with service providers and participants to gather and verify relevant information.
2. Develop outcome-based plans reflecting participant choice and control within a reasonable framework.
3. Review plans with participants, deliver, and approve plans to meet targets.
4. Bilateral capacity building by liaising with individuals, families/carers, and communities to improve natural and community supports.
5. Provide information to the community about the NDIS, mainstream services, and community supports to promote participation and inclusion.
