Role Overview
Operational Assistant / Operational Support Person
Key Responsibilities
* Answer phones and raise queries online
* Interact with customers in person, on the phone, and via email to coordinate deliveries, pickups, and general freight issues
* Basic scanning of freight held in the depot for collection, during customer collection, or drop‐offs
* Engage with depot drivers to answer queries regarding deliveries and pickups
* Perform data entry tasks

* Excellent attention to detail
* Availability Monday to Friday 9am–5pm; flexible hours for the right candidate
* Good attitude and willingness to learn
* Good communication skills
* Proven reliability and availability for all rostered shifts
