What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in a Business Analyst role delivering and supporting TechnologyOne CiA implementations. If your experience is in the delivery of Human Resource, Payroll, Contracts and Sourcing and Asset Management Modules, lets connect!
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a Business Analyst role is required.
* TechnologyOne CiA implementation experience is preferred, though other ERP implementation experience will be considered.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work effectively with stakeholders and deliver project outcomes.
* Demonstrated ability to think critically for process mapping, analysing business requirements, problem solving, risk assessments, and diagnosing application errors
* Excellent organisational skills to function effectively with attention to detail while performing multiple work assignments and meeting established deadlines
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to gain cooperation, facilitate participation and receive information from others and write reports and prepare a range of written documentation
* Demonstrated high-level proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products, process mapping and ERP software in a complex environment
* Knowledge of change management principles and how people go through a change process.
* Sound knowledge of organisational issues and challenges.
