Nurse - Urgent Care Service
We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to provide high-quality nursing support in our urgent care service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Triage patients accurately and empathetically, prioritizing their care needs
* Conduct thorough assessments and develop effective care plans
* Perform hands-on procedural care, such as suturing and plastering, with precision and attention to detail
* Deliver compassionate patient-centered care, addressing the physical and emotional needs of each individual
* Maintain meticulous documentation, ensuring accurate and timely records
Requirements:
* AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
* Minimum 3 years of experience in an Emergency Department setting or equivalent
* Ability to assess and recognize health deterioration, taking prompt action to prevent complications
* Strong communication skills and attention to detail, facilitating effective collaboration with medical practitioners and other healthcare professionals
