Project Registered Nurse – Role Overview
The Project Registered Nurse supports implementation of the Care Management System (CMS) across Regis Homes, reports to the Clinical Project Manager, and is involved in clinical data migration, resident assessments, care planning, system familiarisation, and staff training. The RN promotes digital adoption and ensures practices align with aged‐care standards and Regis' clinical governance.
What You Will Bring To The Role
* Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (or equivalent)
* Current AHPRA registration (Nursing)
* Experience in aged‐care or health care settings
* Familiarity with electronic clinical systems such as Autumn Care or Telstra Health Clinical Manager
* Fast typing skills and confident computer navigation
* High level of computer literacy (Microsoft Office, clinical systems)
* Strong attention to detail and documentation standards
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively
* Problem‐solving and critical thinking skills
* Flexibility to travel and support multiple sites, including inter‐state travel
* Demonstrated experience in assessing, care planning and evaluating complex care needs
* Understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and Principles and other aged‐care legislation
What Is Expected Out Of This Role
* Implement Telstra Health to replace existing system Autumn Care
* Coordinate CMS implementation across multiple sites with varying levels of readiness and staff capability
* Balance clinical responsibilities with technical system support and troubleshooting
* Drive change management and staff engagement during system transitions
* Ensure compliance with aged‐care standards and clinical governance during process changes
Travel
Flexibility to travel and support multiple sites, including inter‐state travel.
