About the Role
As a Trainer & Assessor, you'll play a vital role in guiding students toward success by delivering engaging, high quality training in your specialised field.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Delivering dynamic and interactive in-class training sessions
Providing one-on-one support to students throughout their learning journey
Assisting students with coursework to ensure strong learning outcomes
Managing compliance and administrative requirements with accuracy

What You'll Need
* TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (Mandatory)
* Qualified to deliver within your area of training expertise
* Strong communication & interpersonal skills
* Excellent time management & organizational abilities
* Genuine passion for education & helping students succeed
* Driver's license & reliable transport (Highly regarded)
