**Key Responsibilities**
- Define and implement ServiceNow strategy that aligns with business goals
- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions
- Manage a high-performing team responsible for ServiceNow administration and functional analysis

- Stay updated with ServiceNow updates, ensuring optimal utility and system health
**You're Perfect If You...**
- Hold a bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- Have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow implementation and management
- Possess excellent stakeholder management skills
- Are ITIL and ServiceNow certified
- Have the knack for translating technical jargon into language that business stakeholders understand
- Are a natural leader and a superb communicator
